I’m one of those people that when I meet someone I plug their name into google to see what I find. Last year, I typed this person’s name in and found their blog. I had never heard of blogs and I wasn’t sure what I had found. It appeared to be their journal. I wondered, was it private? Did I stumble on it accidentally. Then I noticed people made comments on the entries, was it accessible to everyone? I found myself everyday checking to see what was going on in their life. I was a voyeur. Then one day, her entry says “is that you Lisa?”. She had someone from New Brunswick on her stats. At first I felt caught, oh no, but I said yes, it’s me. That was my introduction to blogging. Now, I wonder who’s being a voyeur on my site:-) Say hello:-)

1. How many houses/apartments have you lived in throughout your life?
Ack, that’s going to take a few minutes to figure out.
From the time I was born until I moved out of being with my parents - 2 apartments, 4 houses.
After I moved out on my own - 9 apartments, 6- houses.
So total since birth is 21 different places, Wow!

2. Which was your favorite and why?
Hmm, my childhood home, well, because it was my childhood home but as an adult I haven’t really found a favorite yet. We’re still renting, waiting for my dream home.

3. Do you find moving house more exciting or stressful? Why?
Very stressful. Done it way too many times, especially now with kids.

4. What’s more important, location or price?
Both, I would want the right place with the right price:-)

5. What features does your dream house have (pool, spa bath, big yard, etc.)?
big yard for garden and playing. Hey a pool would be nice and a spa but realistically, I’d love to just have lots of space, big rooms, storage, hobby rooms, hardwood floors, some character to the place. Slightly private yard but not terribly far away from the city.

Waiting for the huge amount of snow to hit the Miramichi. Also, heard on the news that there may be another case of SARS in Miramichi. After just having heard that the original woman didn’t have SARS.

Well more snow again last night and today. I’m not sure how much we got but it must have been around 15-20 cm. We’re supposed to go sliding with the homeschool group here but I don’t think we’re going to make it. I’m feeling rather blah today. I’ve got to work on the Midwives website and make a flyer for a family resource center that is being started in my area.
