I am finally starting to have the use of my arm now. Kevin brought me a TENS machine from the physiotherapist and what a difference it has made. The pain is not completely gone but now it’s just sore rather than unbearable. I also had acupuncture done yesterday and last night I didn’t need to take the codeine for pain relief. Today, I am just using the TENS machine for pain relief. I still need physio for another week. The nerve is still pinched and so still needs more work. We discovered yesterday that the nerve that is pinched is at C6, the bottom of my neck starting into the spine.
