So this weekend I completed the DONA Doula training. I am now a doula and on my way to certification. I need 3 births. Anyone know anyone in the Miramichi who wants a doula send them my way:-) Although to be honest, it’s not something I could do much of right now until Bram is older. It was so great to spend time with like minded women. There were 9 of us plus 3 of the doula trainers. I travelled back and forth every day to Moncton. Bram handled it well and enjoyed playing with Daddy. Today Alec kept calling me Daddy, he got so used to saying Daddy on the weekend.

I went to a media event this morning at the hospital regarding Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative. My job was to talk about LLLC-Miramichi. Also, this saturday at the Northumberland Mall, there is a breastfeeding challenge and all nursing moms are invited to come and bring their nursing children. Ok you 2 better come and I know you know who I mean, LOL.

I’ve been so busy lately between the kids and all these meetings, I really need to get some housework done this week. I can sure tell I wasn’t home at all this weekend, mind you Kevin said he wasn’t feeling well.
