I’m back. Aliant’s strike really delayed my phone/internet connection. I realized I was in internet withdrawal:) I have a gazillion emails to get caught up on. The move was fairly smooth. I’m mostly unpacked and settled. The downside of the move is that on Saturday I had to put my cat Ashe down. She was 14 and had been going downhill for a while and got a lot worse lately. I had her to the vet last Friday and again on Saturday. She had high end liver failure and they only gave her a 20-30% chance of recovering with agressive treatment. I lost a cat last year too. So, now we have 2 left, Shadow is 14 and Brandy is 16. I know that they may have problems in the upcoming months/years:(

Bram turned 2 on Tuesday but we’re having the party tonight at Nana’s house. Last night I went to a cybersocial thing at UNB put on by the knowledge park. Thought it might be good for networking, etc. Then I went for a great bike ride and might again tonight too. There are amazing walking/biking trails near my house. I really like my duplex and I think I will like it here a lot. The kids are doing well, enjoying spending time with Daddy, Nana and Grandad.
