The van, what more can I possibly say about it. Those who have read my blog have followed the trials and tribulations with it. From the transmission last fall, to the hood flying open this past winter. Last week I had to change the tire of one of them where the steel belt had split. Then later in the week, the humidity prevented it from starting properly. The distributor cap and spark plugs need to be changed. Then Sat. , pouring rain, wouldn’t start again. I didn’t get to the market to get my samosas:( But the pinnacle was when the battery died, completely died. The booster cables heated up really strongly and sparks were flying everywhere. Fortunately, Kevin had the battery from the car to give me as the car is not running right now. So for now, (knock on wood), everything is working ok. Inspection is in Sept. so all the repairs needed are looming ahead of me. The damn thing is cursed, I’m sure of it. It couldn’t possibly be because it’s 10 years old, lol.
