Election thoughts on my mind today. I was reading Dean’s Blog and read his post about Fahrenhype 911, a dvd released to compare to Fahrenheit 911. I often don’t agree with the things I read on his blog, but I have to say that I am starting to wonder if I need to do some more research on Michael Moore’s film. My initial thoughts on the film, were that, yes some of it was exaggerated, overhyped, etc. but that it also had some valid points, and a good message. That it would hopefully make people think. I still think that for the most part, but I also have concerns that perhaps some parts were grossly reported inaccurately. I need to do some more research, more reading. It won’t change my mind about who should win the election, nor my political leftist views in general. But I like to think I’m open minded enough that I’m willing to take into consideration that all may not be as simple as I’d like to think it is with regards to Moore’s film.
