The move went very well. A big thank you to all my friends who helped out. I think it was the most effective move yet.

What a week. Between unpacking, work and the kids, it’s been a zoo. Alec developed bronchitis and has been home from school most of the week. Both Kevin and I had to take turns taking time off work to be home with him. I’m tired from Alec being up at night coughing. I still have quite a bit of unpacking to do but I’m hoping most of it will be done by the time the weekend is over. Alec was supposed to start x-c ski lessons tomorrow but they’ll have to wait
until next week.

My 3 year old nephew fell down the stairs at his house and broke his leg and is now in a cast from his groin to his toes:(

I’ve heard nothing new from my brother, other than he is busy and doing well. My heart breaks when I see the news reports about the deaths and the stories of children lost or of children losing their parents.

However despite all the doom and gloom, I love my new place. It has so much more room. Oh and best of all, I have a dishwasher with it! lol.
