So, I’m slowly coming to the conclusion that older (1994/1995) Dodge Caravans and Plymouth Voyageurs are cursed in general, not that just my vans are cursed. Today my van broke down at the convenience store. It appears to be the starter that went. I haven’t heard from the garage yet for verification, but it seemed the likely diagnosis. I just got my van out of the shop a few weeks ago, sigh. I keep hoping that nothing more will happen but maybe that’s just unrealistic. This is my 3rd van like this and you’d think I’d learn but I kept hoping it was the individual van but now I think it’s finally sunk in. The catch 22 is that these are the vans I can usually afford. But next time, I’ll seriously think about going with the Ford Windstar instead.
