Ethical blogging

I had a friend ask me why I didn’t talk about the business in my blog more. As you know, I do mention it at times and as we approach launch, I will likely mention it more. I’ll promote it at times, but I won’t turn my blog into a 24 hr advertising machine for it. I’ve been blogging for years and I want my blog to reflect my thoughts and my events in my life and I have a full life (or at least I’m attempting to have a full life, lol). And that’s how I would like to keep it:)

It doesn’t mean that I’m not proud of what our company has accomplished so far. I’ve very proud of it. We’ve all been working very hard to bring to everyone something that I hope will help all of us. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and not recognize the person looking back at me. Losing weight has made a difference in my life and I continue to work to find ways to fit movement in my life. I’ve still got more weight to lose. I’m like many people out there, busy with life and kids and trying to find ways to be active in a supportive environment.

So for my mini shameless plug. Have fun, take the quiz below to find your walking style and pass it around. Watch the revised flash promo (it’s better with the music on) and at the end, enter your email address to be added to the announcement list so you know when we launch right away. Or of course, keep reading here and I’ll tell you;) The first 1000 members will receive a free bonus book with their membership.

Now back to our regularly scheduled blogging;)

Well I am just getting used to this but I did want to mention (in case you didn’t catch it) that your friend TJ Burke was named to Cabinet. I will also be pleased to mention your company to the new Minister of Health for New Brunswick. Michael Murphy. We go back a longggggggggg ways. (wink) Barbara (ethical?) :>)
