I suck
at racquetball. Today I played racquetball with a friend. I hadn’t played in over 20 years and even then I’d only ever played a couple of times. However, I’ve played tennis off and on over the years and I played badminton in college. I’m in ok shape, play basketball regularly, etc. so I thought I’d be able to at least hold my own. Nope. My friend hasn’t played either and he beat me on average 15-4 every game, sigh. It’s surpising the workout you get though it as it’s a small space to run in compared to say a basketball court, but you really work up a sweat running around (in circles at times it seemed, lol). And of course trying to avoid hitting yourself with the ball which I managed to do way too many times. However I think it would be a good sport for working out aggression, lol. It’s great to whack the ball against the wall, lol. I think I’ll definitely give it a whirl again.
